Requirements:

The job holder is primarily responsible for support and delivering workflows as per business requirements using ServiceNow. The job holder is required to deliver solutions and support in accordance to planned schedules. They are also expected to enhanceprocesses and participate in organization objectives for efficiency. Compliance on policies and participation on organizational objectives at all times is expected.

Mandatory

Skills:

Must have good exposure to Agile Scrum practices and methodology

ITSM

CSA (Certified System Administration) certification is not mandatory but will be added advantage
Strong Core Java development experience
Demonstrated experience designing and developing process based solutions
Demonstrated experience documenting user case processes and BPM workflows- Well versed with class hierarchy, Update set hierarchy, data layer, flows, UI actions, assignment group, deployment, Integration, SOAP Service implementation in ServiceNow
Excellent verbal, active listening and written communications skills along with demonstrated facilitation skills
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
