Permanent - 35 Hours per week am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday**We have a fantastic opportunity for aSales Executive_** to join our team within Lovell Later Living based at our Scarborough office.
We are currently looking for a positive, self-motivated, compassionate, and committed people person to join our team as Sales Executive leading the sale of our beautiful new homes, at our exciting new development Sandcastles in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, exclusively for over 55's.
All our homes have been designed through our customer's eyes to offer a modern, fresh, and flexible approach to later living allowing customers to shape their new home to meet their needs both now and in later life.
We focus on delighting our customers with a home which matches their lifestyle, and we are looking for the right person to work alongside our Customer Experience Manager to sell our customers their forever home.
The successful applicant will have experience in a customer facing sales role selling new build homes.They will demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales and excellent customer service and show an ability to work with our customers sensitively and patiently to develop trusting relationships which support the whole customer journey in purchasing their new home.
Achieving excellent results via customer satisfaction and the whole 'Customer Journey' in compliance with the 'New Homes Code' our Sales Policies and Procedures is essential and delivering excellent customer satisfaction will be rewarded.
