Demonstrate indepth knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, allergens, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to assist guests in making informed choices.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring their satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

Work together as part of the team to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
Lead and training new team members and maintaining a positive, cohesive work environment.
