Fox Morris Group are currently working to recruit a
Planning Officer. This is a
full-time role, on a
3-6 month+ contract.

Rate:
Negotiable dependant on experience


Hours:36 per week

  • A relevant qualification in Town Planning or equivalent which supports membership of the RTPI or a graduate qualification in a related discipline,
  • Understanding of or experience of complex development management work (including major development) within an urban environment,
  • Ability to write complex planning reports and a wide range of correspondence relating to Development Management and other planning issues.

Role responsibilities

  • Effectively representing the Council at Public Inquiries or Informal Hearings or external.
