Sales Estimator

AliDeck are looking for an experienced sales estimator to join our dynamic team, AliDeck are a fast growing forward thinking business who thrive on innovation though product development and a focus on what our customers want, they strive to improve on all levels and are truly leading from the front.

Job Purpose:

To ensure that all customers are satisfied with the service that AliDeck offer and to service the incoming leads to a satisfactory conclusion.

Your key responsibilities will include:


. Making Outboad Calls

. Lead Nurturing

- Taking incoming sales calls

- Assisting the sales team

- Quoting Customers

- Following up jobs quoted - Via phone, updating the crm with the correct stage

Job Knowledge:

Construction experience, a sound knowledge of general desktop IT Solutions. All software training will be given. A good phone manner is required, being in a busy office environment.


Specific Areas of Work:

• It is essential that good quality phone calls to engage people are made on a regular basis.
• Technical ability and practical use of the software is essential, this linked with being able to problem solve
• Provide relevant support to all departments as required
• Achieve and maintain professional standards across all aspects of the role in respect of work undertaken, and deal with staff at all levels of the business in a manner appropriate to their needs.

£22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
