    **Job Title:** Playworker

    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Playworker to join our team in London. As a Playworker, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging play environment for children aged 0-5 years old and out of school activities/clubs for 4-11 year olds.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for child development and care, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities. If you have experience in childcare or a related field, that is an advantage, but not essential as training is offered.

    Responsibilities:

    • Planning appropriate play opportunities for children's age and interests
    • Monitoring individual progress and identifying additional needs
    • Building positive relationships with parents and external professionals
    • Promoting a positive enabling environment that meets the needs of all children
    • Creating a fun play environment through different activities
