Job summary
We are seeking to appoint a Band 5 Endoscopy Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse on a full time contract to join the existing Endoscopy telephone pre-assessment team at NHS Grampian.The role involves providing psychological and informational support to individuals who require gastro-intestinal investigations.
The successful candidate will assess, prepare and support patients for their investigation most of whom have been referred on the urgent suspected cancer pathway and are facing a possible cancer diagnosis.
