We're looking for people who can:

  • Share best practice with colleagues from across different sectors, including ways of working, opportunities and threats and lessons learnt
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback on performance, both on
- and off-project

  • Work closely with colleagues in Commercial to identify and communicate feedback on delivered projects, evolution in approaches and opportunities for up/crossselling to our clients

Required experience, skills and attributes

  • Extensive experience of digital Learning Experience Design in an agency environment
  • Experience and confidence working with largescale global brands and senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial ability and understanding, including budgets, platforms, KPIs and datadriven analytics

  • Confident and trusted clientfacing partner
  • Organised, delivering consistently and collaboratively under pressure
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. You'll join a forward-thinking company focused on success, well-being, and career development.

You'll collaborate and share learning with a team of exceptionally talented people who have a big challenge and a determined attitude, all whilst working in a supportive and hugely creative environment.

In return you'll receive a competitive salary and a great benefits package (which includes remote and flexible working, pension, and a day off for your birthday), and become part of a company that's really going places.
