Description

Forecasting

  • Strategic input and creation of the annual budget and monthly forecast to support profit and loss, balance sheet, cashflow and regulatory forecasts for capital and liquidity
  • Ensure all forecasting financial models are up to date
  • Develop and own the inhouse Financial reporting system

Regulatory Forecasting and modelling

  • Stress test business plans for ICAAP and ILAAP
  • Update Liquidity and Regulatory Capital calculations and ensure both internal and external guidelines are being met

Data Analysis

  • Automate data collection and manipulation processes
  • Analyse data to provide objective view of true performance
  • Undertake regular data audits and quality checks to ensure adequacy, accuracy, availability, and legitimacy of data and manage actions to resolve any nonconformances
  • Be a key contact for financial analysis of business case requests from the wider business
  • Create and maintain weekly/monthly MI reports to present the health of the business

Reporting

  • Act as the main point of contact for data and reporting requirements within Finance
  • Produce executive papers, investor packs and shareholder presentations
  • Analyse enduser reporting requirements across multiple departments and develop reports and dashboards as per business requirements
