This role will work in a small, dedicated employee relations team and will provide advice and support to the local HR partners and managers on complex or high risk ER cases.

In some instances, you will need to own the case and drive it to conclusion yourself.

You'll be liaising with our external HR advisory provider to identify cases which need local support and updating our case management system daily.

You will be pivotal in agreeing individual case plans, holding individuals to account and analysing our data to pin point systemic issues.
