Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic role in the field of virtual learning support? We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our client, a prestigious London based University, as a Technology Support Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-class technology support to academic staff, ensuring that the virtual learning environment (VLE) is operating effectively.
This is a full-time temporary position with the added benefit of hybrid working.Main Responsibilities:
- Academic support enquiries for dealing with technical issues
- Supporting with Moodle on a daytoday basis and the annual rollover process
- Using Microsoft teams to provide 'deskside' support to academic and professional services staff
- Any other adhoc duties
Necessary Skills:
- Experience of working with a Moodlebased environment or equivalent VLE ability to quickly learn how to use new software/functionality.
- Technology experience, training, or guiding
- Experience of using video conferencing software in the delivery of teaching and learning resources (e.g. MS Teams, Kaltura, Echo 360).
- Experience of working with MS Office mainly, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.

£19.00-£19.30 per hour
