Are you a Microsoft Office guru? Do you know your Sparklines from your XLOOKUPS? Fancy sharing that knowledge with others? Do you like helping others? Do you have infinite patience? Have you ever considered becoming a Trainer?

Due to growing client requirements, we are looking for someone who can help us on an ad-hoc basis with MS Office Training in Scotland.

You need to be quick-thinking and able to solve problems creatively.

You need to spot opportunities to wow our clients with specific instances of how different features of Office apps can help make things better.

You will have an advanced understanding of most of the following:

• Teams and OneDrive
• Outlook
• Word
• PowerPoint
• Excel

Any Office certifications (e.g. Microsoft Office Specialist) would be a fantastic bonus. Any previous training experience is helpful - but we do things differently. We will ask you to share knowledge in a specific way for which training and support will be provided.

You need to have an excellent command of the English language.

You will facilitate group sessions and 1:1 coaching both virtually and in person - you will sometimes need to be on clients' sites in Edinburgh.

There may be opportunities for you to become involved in the design of training sessions, which we will support.

The role is not full-time - but will be ad-hoc based on requirements which will vary. The likely average will be 2 or 3 days a week over the next six months.

This role will pay a day rate dependent on experience and skills. Design work may be costed on a per-project basis.

We can pay you as a salary (PAYE) or through your existing Limited company (outside IR35, but additional conditions apply).
