Excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Experience Lead to work with an established financial services client with scope to extend beyond initial 6 month period.

This contractor will play a pivotal role in leading a team of designers to shape the way our client engage and build relationships with their customers.

Knowledge / experience required:

Take responsibility for shaping and implementing design strategy and customer experience
Work with research teams to better understand the needs of the business
Understand design goals and challenges in the context of the business and engineering priorities
Mentor and coach Designers within the platform, building a strong culture and collaboration
