Rug Doctor - the World's No.1 brand in carpet cleaner rental - are currently recruiting for a Field Service Representative to cover our customer rental outlets around the South Wales area.

The role will involve the servicing of our rental locations ensuring that the customer receives the very best Carpet Cleaning experience.

You will be responsible for the maintenance, safety checking and cleaning of the rental machines; the location, appearance and POS on our racks and ensuring that the merchandising and stock level is optimised.

Be self-motivated with excellent customer service skills and possess the ability to work alone to a high standard.

Capable of building relationships with, and training, store staff and management.

Results orientated with a positive outlook and good communication skills.

Command a basic computer literacy.

Have a flexible approach to working hours.

Capable of lifting to a weight not exceeding 20kg.

Have a full driving licence.

Experience in field environment is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given and all equipment provided.

Basic + Commission:
OTE £22,700 + benefits.
