Experienced Receptionist
Baker Street Dental Clinic - London, Greater London

We are currently seeking a
Dental Receptionist to join our fantastic team at

Who we are looking for:

• You are passionate about the dental industry and enjoy constantly learning and developing your role in the dental team as an experienced dental receptionist
• Knowledge of Detally patient software desirable but training can be provided.
• You understand the importance of good communication and the vital role of customer service in a private dental practice.
• Good spoken and written English
• Reliable, committed, well presented, selfmotivated and friendly

Day to Day:

• Reception duties and patient facing role
• Be the first point of contact for new patient enquires
• Proven sales track record in developing new business
• Seeing patients face to face discussing treatments and finance options
• Supporting the patient throughout their treatment journey
• Practice diary and maintenance of patient lists management
• Effective communication with all key business relationships, patients, and staff
• Assist the Head Receptionist and Management team with additional tasks including some CQC management

Job Overview:

• Working Hours: shift work

• Position is available to start ASAP

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.

Pay:
£11.50-£12.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
