Role Description:
The Senior Claims Handler provides a timely, professional, and high quality service to our insured. Senior Claims Handlers will typically work on cases valued up to £25k across a wide range of legal matters.
This will mean Senior Claims Handlers will needto develop a broad knowledge of legal issues in respect of a variety of case types and all levels of court proceedings.
Ultimately, Senior Claims Handlers must manage the expectations of the insured whilst working in partnership with law firms and other businesspartners to remedy the claim.

Customer Service
:
provide a timely, professional, and high-quality service to our insured You must naturally espouse the values of a customer-centric approach. Be resilient and calm under pressure. You will be comfortable talking on thephone
Claims Processing:
assessing & processing all claims in line with stipulated procedures & authority limits. You will have attention to detail and comfortable in quickly assimilating and assessing information.
Workflow management:
plan & prioritise own work to meet company service standards. You do not mind switching between tasks at a moment's notice. Be able to capably prioritise. working independently, and show foresight.
