This Legal 500 firm is looking for a senior commercial property solicitor to head up and lead a very small department.


You will need to have minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial property, ideally more and also have experience of deal with agents and business development.

You will need to be a self starter and will arrive to 60% of a caseload and will be given full support to grow this organically.

A bonus scheme will reflect your efforts.


You will be able to work on a hybrid basis for up to 50% of the week and the online platform is set up for you to do so.


Your caseload will include:

  • Property Finance
  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Management and property portfolios
  • Secured Lending
  • Commercial leases acting for both landlords and tenants
  • Conditional Contracts
  • Promotion and Option Agreements
  • Overage
  • Land Acquisition and disposals
