Cover Supervisor.

Sleaford.


Salary:
£550 - £625 per week.

As a Cover Supervisor in an SEN school, you'll play a pivotal role in providing support to students with special educational needs.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, overseeing classes during the short-term absence of teachers, and supporting students' educational and emotional development.


Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher.

Support and facilitate pre-planned lessons, ensuring a constructive learning environment.

Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes learning and growth.

Assist in managing behaviour and addressing any issues that arise in a professional manner.

Collaborate with teaching staff and SEN coordinators to support individual student needs.


Requirements:

A driving license is preferred for this role.

Previous experience in a similar position is desirable.

Passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
