We are currently recruiting for a Painter and Decorator to join maintenance team at our 5 Star The Londoner Hotel.

Overview:

An amazing opportunity to our join Maintenance Team at The Londoner Hotel as a Painter and Decorator.
As a Painter and Decorator, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of external and internal painting and redecoration tasks at The Londoner whilst achieving a durable and quality finish.
Mix and thin paint to obtain desired colour and texture as necessary.

About you:

It is vital you have City & Guilds Part III/NVQ level 2/3 in painting and decorating or other equivalent qualification or experience.
Have other building works related skills such as minor plastering, bricklaying, carpentry, wall papering.
Completed a relevant course in asbestos.
Holds a CSCS card.
Experience of using power tools.
Ability to work at heights and in different conditions.
Be able to priorities workloads and meet deadlines.
Be able to use documentation and IT systems for reporting and maintaining records.
Be capable to working efficiently, effectively, diligently, and courteously without the need for constant supervision.
Have the ability to plan and organize painting and decorating maintenance works/projects.
Have an excellent awareness of current Health and Safety regulations backed up by evidence of relevant training, and the ability to work in a safe manner.
