Description
Have you considered a career in Forensic Nursing? Would you like to work in a fast developing Forensic Service with plans to expand its inpatient and community services? _

The Twynham Low Secure Unit based within St Ann's Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Team Leader to join the team.

Twynham Low Secure Unit is a 12 bedded male forensic unit that provides a high level of effective and compassionate care.

We aim to promote a calm and therapeutic approach in a low stimulus environment where our patients are supported by a friendly, skilled and enthusiastic team that enables them to move forwards with their recovery.

Clinical Team Leaders undertake a dual clinical and leadership role; acting as a deputy for the Ward Manager.

They play a key role in the day-to-day management of the ward; are a main point of contact for advice/decisions and will support, supervise and manage staff.

They also assist in the delivery of local and nationally required outcomes and will often be given a lead role to manage in their own right.

We would welcome an applicant where this may be your first leadership role.

The successful applicant will be supported closely by the ward manager and wider team who will provide a comprehensive induction programme for a Clinical Team Leader joining Twynham Low Secure Unit.
