The role:


This newly created position, due to the continued growth of the London Claims Operations team of five, is a Global position with responsibility for processing all aspects of claims information in their risk and accounting systems for all books of businesswritten, analysis/reporting, creating efficiencies/process improvement and project work.


Whilst the role is London based, it will support the claims function across all jurisdictions, including Bermuda, NYC and Zurich offices.


Requirements:


  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Previous claims processing experience from an Insurer/Broker background.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle a variety of duties in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ability to work under own direction and with mínimal supervision however also needs to be effective team player with ability to communicate clearly.
  • Challenges the status quo and identifies innovative solutions to solve problems and improve work process.
