Due to expansion, our Halifax-based client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their engineering company. If you have strong communication skills and have a passion for providing good customer service, then we would love to hear from you

The role of the Customer Service Advisor will be varied but duties will include:

  • Managing inbound calls from customers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Managing calls appropriately, updating systems as required.
  • Diary management and scheduling engineers.
  • Key account administration.
  • Existing experience with inbound customer care calls.
  • Being able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Having a good, confident telephone manner.
  • Being customer focused.


This role operates core hours of 8.30am -5pm (Monday to Friday) with evening and weekend overtime available on a rota basis.

Starting circa £21,500pa (increasing to circa £22,500pa after probation)

Overtime rate:
Time and a half.

Free parking on site.

Office located close to Halifax town centre for those travelling by public transport.

Monthly incentive bonus.
