TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance.

Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.


Responsibilities:


  • To provide clerical/admin support as required e.g photocopying, typing, filing
  • Inputting Data into the Main Operating System and reconcile data from multiple sources:
  • Daily duties would involve booking out of deliveries
  • Support of despatch department
  • Working on freight forwarder portals to book collections
  • Receipt goods into the Emax system
  • Print labels for goods in and out
  • Manage shelf life for stock items
  • Refer to supplier ratings to confirm required quality checks
  • Perform checks to confirm incoming goods are correct
  • Provide appropriate on demand support to the Core Admin Team
