Description
TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance.
Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.Responsibilities:
- To provide clerical/admin support as required e.g photocopying, typing, filing
- Inputting Data into the Main Operating System and reconcile data from multiple sources:
- Daily duties would involve booking out of deliveries
- Support of despatch department
- Working on freight forwarder portals to book collections
- Receipt goods into the Emax system
- Print labels for goods in and out
- Manage shelf life for stock items
- Refer to supplier ratings to confirm required quality checks
- Perform checks to confirm incoming goods are correct
- Provide appropriate on demand support to the Core Admin Team
