Description

Our client - HGV dealership has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor /HGV Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor to join their Service Team in Portsmouth to deliver a high standard of service to all their customers.

You will be a key member at the heart of our operation.

This is a busy hands-on role, which offers wide range of duties such as planning of schedule servicing, tachos and MOT bookings, job creation, obtaining and updating of order numbers, liaise with workshop control to notify of work arriving and waiting to be commenced.

Strong attention to detail with ability to work affectively under pressure.

You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry.

Basic Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm with 1⁄2 an hour unpaid lunch

Every third Saturday mornings 8.00 am to 12 noon.

Holiday:
Holiday is 20 days plus 8 statutory bank holidays.
