The post holder will contribute towards improving and maintaining the quality of data in the ESR system.

They will support the Workforce Planning & Information Manager/Team Leader to ensure that the organisation has high quality, accurate and accessible workforce information through the full utilisation of the workforce information systems.

The post holder will share the joint accountability of the role of systems administrator within ESR and will monitor system usage to ensure best practice is being adhered to.

In the absence of the Workforce Planning & Information Team Leader, run a suite of reports and preparing the templates for the monthly workforce pack, providing accurate workforce information, in a timely manner to meet stringent deadlines.
To support the Workforce Planning & Information Team Leader with the management, security, planning and development of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).
To support the Workforce Planning & Information Team Leader with the development of ESR to introduce additional functionalities to the business including establishment control and Employee Self-Service.
To work closely with the Head of HR Operations and Workforce Team to ensure the production of high quality workforce information to support the workforce planning process.
