Description

To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules and to maintain adequate records of plant and equipment and to carry out service work associated with the equipment.

Follows detailed engineering drawings and specifications. Uses all relevant tools and equipment within safety guidelines as necessary for the completion of works. Undertakes inspection and commissioning tests and issues the appropriate completion certificates.

Undertakes maintenance, servicing, repair, fault finding, upgrade and installation on systems, plant and equipment that includes Joinery repair of buildings Manufacture of wood products Door locks and associated door furniture Surface finishing of a variety of materials Other carpentry and joinery activities
