Join us on the Journey... We have an exciting opportunity for a
Sales Executive (Coach Hire), based at Lucketts Travel, Fareham. This is an
office-based role as part of the Private Hire Sales Team, acting as part of a central hub in our regionalhead office for a variety inbound enquiries.

This will predominantly be dealing with all inbound day-to-day sales enquiries and requests from new prospects and potential customers for vehicle hire.

However, there will be outbound sales campaigns to generate leads and opportunities.

You will have exceptional administration and communication skills both verbal and written. Ideally you will have the ability to exceed in a target driven sales environment across multiple channels.

What you'll do...

Delivering sales against structured revenue targets
Establishing the customer's travel needs and provide suitable solutions
Providing prompt and accurate quotations
Building strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Promote additional services to meet the customer needs
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the products and services provided by us
Delivery of excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Accurately book sales onto our system that creates driver's work tickets
Check availability against vehicle scheduling, allocating resource when product is sold
