My fast growing Telecommunications client are looking for a Customer Experience Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be based in the office in Hertfordshire.

You will be part of a team that provides remarkable customer service to their customers. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer service of your own customer base. This base would be around 600 companies, billing over £400k per year.

  • Customer Services or Sales experience
  • Ideally worked in a technology based industry but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Good time management skill
