To ensure the highest possible standards of customer care are provided through professional, efficient, friendly service to customers enhancing customer satisfaction
To promote a helpful and professional image to the customer and give full co-operation to any customer requiring assistance, with a prompt and caring helpful manner.
To check 'in' and 'out' guests following standard operational procedures.
To post charges.
To balance and cash up.
To answer the telephone and direct calls to the relevant department
To maximize occupancy at the best possible rates.
To assist management with administration.
To be fully aware of the Hotel services and products and attractions in the surrounding area and promote at every opportunity, i.e.
To pass on any complaints, compliments and suggestions to the Management.
To give full co-operation to colleagues by good communications at all levels, by attending briefings and meetings and passing on messages.
Attend training sessions if required to do so.Have pride in your area and a high level of commitment.
To establish and anticipate guests needs and wherever possible to enhance quality
service and in turn enhance customer satisfaction.
Be friendly and deal efficiently with all booking agency staff to build a mutually
beneficial relationship, creating good feeling and confidence, in our staff and the
product we sell.
To report any maintenance or hazards.
To employ efficient working methods, do not waste materials, use equipment and
materials correctly, maintain equipment and materials in good order, conserve energy
whenever possible. Take pride in your work, yourself and your presentation. Keep
your work area clean and tidy, do not create hazardous situations. Leave equipment
safe and clean after use. Be fully aware of FIRE EVACUATION PROCEDURES
and adhere to other legislation i.e. COSHH, FOOD HYGIENE, HEALTH AND
SAFETY LICENSING etc.
Salary:
From £10.42 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
