As a Front of House Waiter/Waitress at Astra, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive exemplary service from the moment they step through our doors.

You will have the opportunity to engage with patrons, providing attentive assistance and personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience.

From taking orders to delivering dishes with precision and grace, you will embody professionalism and hospitality in every interaction.

Responsibilities:

*Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables

*Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items

*Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately

*Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests

*Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service abilities

*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Food safety and alcohol awareness certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Salary:
£12.00-£15.00 per hour

Experience:

Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)
Bartender: 2 years (preferred)
