We have recruited for this business for over fifteen years and can hand on heart say this is not any ordinary Executive Assistant role.

You will need all the usual expected skills along with lots of energy, positivity, great sense of humour and a desireto join a standard setting, award winning business.


This is a career defining high profile opportunity, one were you will be supported to build on your commercial experience and be by the side of a popular and ambitious CEO.


You will need to be able to travel to a Manchester City Centre office and a Macclesfield office when needed.

You will have flexibility towards start and finish times to assist with the commute and also the ability to work 2 days from home.


The EA role exists to support CEO and Board-level stakeholders on a continual basis, taking ownership and responsibility for calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of venue bookings and travel arrangements.

The position requires pro-active andeffective liaison with key stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver efficient management of complex schedules and routines.


Commercial awareness of the strategic priorities is critical, and the EA will use this knowledge to prioritise commitments accordingly to enhance the effectiveness of the CEO, Board and Leadership team.


Outside of these priority commitments, the EA will collaborate with a range of internal stakeholder groups and 3rd party suppliers to support in delivering ongoing engagement initiatives aligned with business Impact strategies across Wellbeing, Communities,Inclusivity and Planet.


The EA works as an integral member of the People Team, and has involvement in the delivery of specific projects to enhance employee experience and drive engagement.

These projects include events, recognition programmes and enhancements to employee in-workexperience.
