The role?


The company has experienced fantastic growth in recent months, and therefore they're looking to really build on their commercial acumen across the Brand Partnerships team specifically.

You will be reporting into the Head of Brand Partnerships, and consistentlywork with the management team in particular the CEO and Partnerships Director and their growing team of 9 within the division.

You will be supporting with the pitching, evaluation, negotiation to key exciting brand markets.

The core client base usually is split between sports and entertainment rights holders, teams, tournaments, governing bodies, to music platforms, publishers,festivals and entertainment activation and new leisure businesses.


There will be an opportunity to own growing parts of our client base and targeting new businesses across emerging sectors such as e-sports, metaverse companies and blockchain and innovation partners.


Opportunity to drive innovation play for the brand partnership team, focusing on large commercial global deals and packaging rights and sourcing partners for them.


The role - finer details:


  • To pitch and negotiate within some of the fastest and most exciting sectors
  • To drive new business across the Brand Partnership verticals (Sports, Live Events, Commercial, Gaming/ E-Sports)
  • To propose & create new packages to help year to year growth
  • The creation of proposals for potential clients
  • Drive new initiatives across innovation focusing on large global entities
  • Manage a pipeline of existing relationships, and move agencies/brands up the funnel
  • To develop a key network of media agency contacts to better service the BP team
  • Assist and attend in industry events and grow your network and enhance your profile and the departments
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team on thought leadership projects, external events and driving awareness in our offering
  • Be at the cutting edge of new trends in the market and form relationships with those brands

About you

  • Organised, personable and forwardthinking. You'll possess a cando attitude, and come with a basic understanding of marketing, and a hunger to learn in a fastpaced environment.
  • It's imperative you have a keen eye for detail, have strong written skills and can articulate yourself well.
  • You must be inquisitive to market trends and have an interest in entertainment marketing
  • Experience in the following areas: media, entertainment, sport, or music either from an agency or brandside

Your skills & experience

  • Significant experience in a front facing role dealing with new business and acquiring partners
  • Ideally bring experience of the media agency, sport, or entertainment world
  • Well versed in commercial pricing and models.
  • A deep black book of contacts across the agency & brand world
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivery as well as on commercials.
  • Motivated. They are a fast paced and challenging organisation. You must not wait for solutions; the expectation is that you deliver them.
  • Personable and positivity. We work with some of the most exciting & foreword thinking brands & rights holders and we want you to bring the same excitement into the role.
  • Proactivity and salesmanship are critical to this role.
