Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential landlord clients by making calls from our extensive

database and converting new leads into firm instructions through a structured

two-stage process.

Persistently follow up on all leads to maximise conversion rates.
Diligently collect necessary compliance data to facilitate smooth transaction

processes for our letting administration.

Maintain and enhance customer service excellence to ensure client

satisfaction.

Leverage interactions to secure referrals and expand client base.
Getting positive client reviews on TrustPilot

Qualifications:

Preferably to have some lettings/ Property management/ Recruitment

experience

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to quickly establish and maintain professional relationships.
Strong desire and enjoyment in engaging with clients over the phone.
Ability to meet and exceed performance targets within a fastpaced office

environment.

Position Details:

Job Type: Permanent, Fulltime
Location: Insight Lettings Scarborough office
Salary: £20,000 £25,000 per annum

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday

Starting:
ASAP (May 2024)
