Are you a Team Leader who can guide, develop, and inspire a team?
What you will be doing:
- The Team Leader will be responsible for the day to day management of the Windows Tower
- Manage a team that will contribute to the proactive running of service provision
- Activities include assistance with employee selection, ongoing performance management, administration, training and development, goal setting and team building activities
- Assess, identify and develop team skills (based on business needs) by facilitating and providing feedback to team members on customer service, and communication skills in order to enhance the quality of support and customer satisfaction
- Use tools and metrics to measure the performance of your team and individuals within it
- Share best practice and improvement ideas amongst the Tower Lead community that you will work within
- Encourage collaboration across all teams, demonstrating leadership to all members of our team

What you will bring:
- Line management and mentoring experience
- Experience with Infrastructure Technologies
- Windows technology is preferred
- ITIL
**Employment Type: Full Time
Location:
Must be commutable to either Newport, Stevenage, OR Portsmouth - Hybrid home based

£40,000 to £50,000
