In the last couple of years, the University of Roehampton has successfully expanded its international student recruitment.

Due to this expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to co-create and deliver a structured approach to student engagement and support transition, progression and completion.

We are looking for two Student Engagement Coaches (SECs) to join our Department of

Student Support and Success Services.

Each SEC will be aligned to an academic school and will be required to work closely with academic tutors to ensure students receive the most appropriate guidance and support relevant to their needs.

This role will involve tracking student engagement and performance data, producing study plans, arranging group and individual activities and monitoring progress.

You will be passionate about supporting students, highly organized and with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to build relationships with key student support services departments in the University. Experience of working in HE and familiarity with student reporting systems is desirable.
