Hospitality Team Member - reporting to Hospitality Team Manager / Hospitality Team Supervisor.

Whitemoor Lakes Activity Centre, located just outside of the village of Alrewas, near to Lichfield, Tamworth and Burton, is a busy, residential activity centre, open all year round.

We host a wide variety of groups from schools and youth groups to faith groups and charities.

We are currently looking to recruit a full time team member to join our friendly Hospitality Team.

Our Hospitality Team role is varied and unique. The team looks after both guest accommodation and guest dining.

In brief:

Accommodation preparing and cleaning guest lodges, including making of beds, cleaning of bathrooms, hoovering, polishing etc.
Dining helping to serve guest meals, preparing / cleaning the dining room before and after guests and wash up.

This is a Full time role, 37.5 hours per week.

Any 5 days out of 7, on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings.
Shifts are generally (but not exclusively) 7.30am 3.30pm (early) and 12pm 8.00pm (lates).
Friday evenings can be a little later with arrivals.
The rota is usually done 4 weeks at a time.

Please note - this role can be physical with making of beds, including bunk beds.
