As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for clients.
You will be responsible for handling a range of payroll-related tasks, including data entry, payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.
Your expertise in payroll processing, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills.Responsibilities:
- Process and administer payroll accurately and in a timely manner for multiple clients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, tax regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, tax with holdings, and deductions.
- Calculate and process wage adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and overtime accurately.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, payslips, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any payrollrelated inquiries or discrepancies.
- Stay up to date with changes in payroll regulations and adjust processes accordingly.
- Assist in the implementation of payrollrelated software systems and upgrades.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax returns and other required documentation as per legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure data security.
