As part of their continuous growth, they seek a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join the team.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for clients.

You will be responsible for handling a range of payroll-related tasks, including data entry, payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.

Your expertise in payroll processing, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

Process and administer payroll accurately and in a timely manner for multiple clients.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, tax regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, tax with holdings, and deductions.
Calculate and process wage adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and overtime accurately.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports, payslips, and other relevant documentation.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any payrollrelated inquiries or discrepancies.
Stay up to date with changes in payroll regulations and adjust processes accordingly.
Assist in the implementation of payrollrelated software systems and upgrades.
Prepare and submit payroll tax returns and other required documentation as per legal requirements.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely general ledger entries and reconciliations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure data security.
