Our supporters lie at the heart of our ability to undertake vital work to deliver better outcomes for children and young people.

We have a new Supporter Care, Services & Fundraising Compliance team that are there to ensure that our donors, volunteers, campaigners, and the wider general public receive the best possible service levels and that they are put first in all of the services that the team is responsible for delivering.

This exciting new role of Supporter Care Executive, forms part of our new Supporter Care team, that we are in the process of setting up.

This role will play a key part in the onboarding and engagement of new supporters as well as managing, maintaining, and increasing supporter loyalty with our existing supporters.

Our Supporter Care team are responsible for dealing with and resolving complaints when received, which you will play a key part in, so experience of complaint management through to resolution is needed.

You will need to have great listening skills, be organised, adaptable and have the ability to prioritise your own workloads on a daily basis so that key services levels are reached.

Drive and ambition are key for each team member to have to ensure that every interaction our supporters have with our new Supporter Care Team leaves them with a positive experience of Barnardo's.
