OTE £60,000 £70,000 pa
Basic salary of £30,000 £40,000 pa dependent upon experience
Great commission package to reflect the responsibilities of this role

We are looking for a Sales Manager, Lister or a Senior Sales Negotiator, with listing experience, to join a highly regarded and busy estate agency with a significant presence for many years in the Wimbledon area.

As Sales Manager you will be:

Valuing and taking on properties in Wimbledon
Selling very high quality residential properties in the area
Developing the business sourcing and marketing properties
Negotiating offers
Ensuring sales close and go through to successful completion
A key part of a highly successful team with great career potential
Ensuring clients receive the best estate agency service fully compliant with the latest property legislation

For this role you will need to:

Be experienced in developing business through valuing properties and gaining instructions
Have a successful track record of selling residential properties in a similar area
Be keen to deliver the high levels of customer service and legal compliance that this company prides itself on
Have excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner
Have a UK driving licence good car allowance or company car if preferred
Local knowledge of the Wimbledon area would be an advantage but is not essential
