Key Responsibilities

  • Be the key commercial contact in the remuneration proposal for significant regional client pitches/completion
  • Reviewing of client contracts
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to oversee international contract negotiation, drafting, and finalisation of all commercial terms
  • Provide commercial support on several international clients
  • Working to maximise incentive schemes
  • Support diversification of services and advise on appropriate remuneration models
  • Manage contract compliance audits with third party auditors
  • Assist in driving international client growth
  • Review and preparation of quarterly review of rebates and other media income summaries from markets to ensure sources of income are compliant with contracts and internal policies
  • Identify opportunities for maximising trading revenue streams with Global Trading Director / Global Finance
  • Review of client incentives to ensure maximum potential revenue

Experience/Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Financial and client commercial management experience
  • Regional experience or experience working with various countries
  • Operational / commercial experience, the ability to addvalue and facilitate change
  • Available immediately/short notice period
