Right now, the charity have a fantastic new opportunity for Business Support Administrator to join the team.

They are seeking someone who has good interpersonal skills, is IT literate and is confident in using Office 365 and SharePoint.

This is a very handson role and would suit someone who is pro-active and solution focused.

Here in the UK 1 in 3 women will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime and this charity supports those women and children in Nottingham experiencing or escaping it.

They are an ambitious and resourceful charity, passionate about helping women and their children move forward to live their lives free from abuse.

In a year, they answer around 10,000 calls on their helpline, support over 6,000 women and 260 children.

The role:

The post holder will support the Finance and Business Support Teams with a variety of administrative tasks with a particular focus on equipment and health & safety admin.

They will support the Head of Finance and Facilities Admin in ensuring the maintenanceof all premises including health and safety issues, maintaining first aid supplies, typing up Risk Assessments and making recommendation for amendments, completing quarterly H&S checks completing simple weekly legionella testing (training will be provided)and booking contractors to complete PAT testing etc.
