My client are a vibrant and growing Public Relations and Communications agency. Providing communications solutions for a range of industries from creative, to fintech and the third sector.

They work tirelessly to connect businesses with their audience and provide services including:


  • PR
  • Content Writing
  • Digital Content
  • Creating Events and Experiences
The goal is make PR personal for every client.

As part of their growth they seek an additional member of the team, a Public Relations Assistant looking to build their career in this area or a slightly more experienced Account Executive.

The role will support the day to day operations of the agency supporting all areas of the team.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage calendars (editorial, press conferences, events etc.)
  • Suggest innovative ideas in brainstorming sessions
  • Provide assistance organization and execution of different events
  • Draft and design different type of PR content (for example media announcements, newsletters and speeches)
  • Edit and proofread press releases, videos and presentation
  • Examine and document media coverage and track relevant PR metrics
  • Maintain contact databases and mailing lists with updates
  • Create projectspecific media lists to support PR team
  • Responsible for the press clip archive and scanning of materials for periodical reports
This role requires a hard working individual, ideally with some experience in a Public Relations Assistant role or similar.

Ideally a degree in PR / Communications or similar along with the following skills / attributes:


  • Indepth knowledge of PR and marketing process and best practices
  • Passion for the PR industry and its best practices
  • Applicable knowledge of copywriting and editing
  • Experience with social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Aptitude in presentation and public speaking

The position is based at their Central London office with hybrid and flexible working available.

£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
