1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst - Leeds, West Yorkshire - to £27,000, hybrid plus great benefits.
Leading professional services organisation requires a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / Support to support internal and external clients on a busy helpdesk.
You will have 2-3 years experience of working in a Servicedesk environment providing1st and 2nd Line IT support demonstrating a high level of service and with the ability to provide excellent technical trouble shooting skills, to prioritise and manage workload effectively, managing several open Incidents/Problems and mini projects simultaneously,have experience of MS Desktop Systems and Applications (Office365 essential) and of software installations.
Any MS accreditations or experience of some or all of the following is desirable: Experience of desktop upgrades and/or migrations, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policies, SCCM, Exchange and knowledge of current Anti-Virus software.
