Group Services Administrator
We are looking to recruit a Group Services Administrator on a permanent basis, based in Bristol.

This role will work as part of the Semperian Group Finance Team delivering accounting, OTC, P2P, cash management, and compliance activities for Head Office companies, and will report to the Junior Group Accountant.


Group Services Administrator Responsibilities

  • Raising sales invoices in connection for services that are billable and rechargeable costs. Ensure these are coded correctly for reporting
  • Performing and supporting the credit control reporting and chasing as part of the team
  • Maintaining customer master data and providing customer statements and other reporting as required
  • Creation and management of purchase orders for suppliers
  • Liaison with Head Office Budget Holders over purchase order commitments
  • Processing supplier invoices for Head Office companies, through PTP and AP, as part of the team
  • Awareness of the cashflow reporting requirements, and ensuring processes are followed to adhere to these requirements (e.g. clearing methodologies)
  • Supporting the preparation of VAT returns for Head Office companies; challenge of PO's presented for authorisation against known VAT coding requirements in a timely manner

Group Services Administrator Requirements

  • SAP experience in OTC, PTP and cash and bank receipt and payment processes
  • Some AAT/ACA/ACCA or equivalent knowledge
  • Experience working accounting/finance functions within an organisation
  • The role requires an individual who is diligent, organised and a teamoriented person.
  • Commitment to work in a supportive team manner.
  • Must be a selfstarter/completer, confident in liaising with suppliers in a professional manner
  • Successful DBS check of relevant level

£27,000 - £33,000


Hybrid Working:
This position is eligible for hybrid working, where you would need to spend a minimum of 40% of your working week in the office
