We are looking for a full-time private Client legal secretary to support our private client team with a variety of legal, administrative and secretarial tasks.
What you will be doing:
- Liaising with Clients.
- Digital dictation of various correspondence and documents.
- Using laser form.
- Diary management and organising Outlook, inboxes, calendars and contacts, reviewing and forwarding internal and external mail, efiling and all general maintenance of client files and folders.
- General administrative duties such as efiling.
We are looking for:
- Previous experience of supporting a Private Client lawyer
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy skills with a typing speed of 65 wpm minimum.
- Ability to priorities workloads and respond quickly to manage expectations effectively
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
