Preston Redman is a forward thinking law firm based in Bournemouth on the South Coast.

We are looking for a full-time private Client legal secretary to support our private client team with a variety of legal, administrative and secretarial tasks.


What you will be doing:

  • Liaising with Clients.
  • Digital dictation of various correspondence and documents.
  • Using laser form.
  • Diary management and organising Outlook, inboxes, calendars and contacts, reviewing and forwarding internal and external mail, efiling and all general maintenance of client files and folders.
  • General administrative duties such as efiling.

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience of supporting a Private Client lawyer
  • Excellent attention to details and accuracy skills with a typing speed of 65 wpm minimum.
  • Ability to priorities workloads and respond quickly to manage expectations effectively
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
