**Part-Time Bookkeeper

  • Dunmurry/ West Belfast
- £27,000 per annum pro rata**Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a very successful Engineering Company based in the Dunmurry / West Belfast Area. Our client, a small/medium size organisation, is keen to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team for 25 hours perweek.

The successful applicant will be required to complete the following duties:
Assisting with accounts preparation

Payroll duties for 20 employees and preparing PAYE reports

Creditor ledger from invoice processing to payment

Preparing Trial Balance for monthly management accounts

Preparing VAT Returns

Preparing EC Sales Return and Intrastat Return

Sales ledger and credit control duties

Supporting the Managing Director as required


The Person:


Applicants will have a working knowledge of XERO software and ideally Brightpay payroll software, will be highly organised and efficient and will be able to commit to 3 days per week (24 hours).
