Legal Secretary - Conveyancing

Manchester (Near the Ashton Area)

Salary up to £24k DOE

Simpson Judge are currently representing a fantastic Law Firm in the Manchester area who are looking for a Legal Secretary to join an established Property Team.

The Role includes:

Dealing with client queries in person and by telephone.
Audio typing via the digital dictation system.
Preparation of correspondence, SDLT Searches and Land Registry
Filing, photocopying and opening/closing client files in a timely manner.
Maintaining and coordinating diaries and diary notes and reporting on these as necessary
Previous experience working in legal ideally property experience
Worked with excellent client management and administration skills.
Previous family law experience would be essential but not necessary as training can be provided.
