About Our Client:


My client is a large health care organisation based across the UK who is looking for an immediate start HR Advisor to join their Lichfield team.


  • Leading on complex ER issues including attending formal meetings and hearings where necessary
  • Attending management meetings where requested
  • Collating management data information for any MD/Operations meetings you attend and providing HR updates as necessary
  • Involvement in projects as requested
  • Line managing a team including holding supervisions and appraisals when required
  • General HR duties

The Successful Applicant:


  • HR Advisor Experience
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Can commute to Lichfield
  • CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good at handling sensitive information
