Driver Hire are now recruiting for
Experienced Warehouse assistant with Counterbalance/ Reach Forklift Licence for our Client, one of the UKs biggest suppliers of External Fixtures and Fittings, to work at their expanding branch in Northolt.


The role:

- use a forklift in the warehouse.

  • Take in deliveries by way of handballing and reach forklift, following the Company processes at all times and ensure that your load is correctly loaded and secure at all times
  • Ensure that your load is correctly loaded and secure at all times
  • Keep warehouse, yard and damaged door area clean and tidy
  • Ensure that all customers are dealt with efficiently, courteously and as promptly as possible
  • Prepare and assist with biannual stock checks adhering to Company procedure
  • Take on any reasonable ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of The Company
  • Be prepared to deputies effectively in the absence of the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures
  • Ensure that all administration is completed correctly

Salary:


  • Salary £25.000 after probation
  • This is an immediate start for the right Driver
  • Monday-Saturday 07.00am pm or 08.00am17.30pm 5 days per week
  • Reach or Counter Balance License (with experience)
  • Must be clean shaven and presentable at all times
  • Have great Customer Service and communication skills
  • Must have a good command of English, both written and verbal as the paperwork needs to be completed
  • Must be available to start immediately
