Description

The Role:
What you will do?

We have an excellent opportunity in our Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire NHS Talking Therapies service for a Senior Employment Advisor.

This is a key role in the service and combines a caseload with the management, motivation and development of a team of Employment Advisors focused on providing support and advice to our service users to help them gain, return to or retain employment.

You will work closely with mental health clinicians and develop good working partnerships with a variety of stakeholders including employers, job centres, trade unions and employment agencies.

This is a great chance to use your relationship building and account management skills to gain in-depth knowledge of the local employment market and liaise with a range of schemes and initiatives to assist users with their employment situation.

It would suit someone with existing team leadership or supervisory experience and is an excellent opportunity to build on this and develop your career in a fast-growing company.
